An Italian gossip magazine intends to publish on Monday a unique edition devoted to topless pictures from the wife of Britain's Prince William, its editor stated, repel perils of law suit.
The royal couple has begun action from the French magazine closer after it released twelve shots of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge - the previous Kate Middleton - as she ended up off her bikini top while getting a tan in French chateaux.
Both Chi and Closer are controlled by Italian writer Mondadori, area of the media empire of former Pm Silvio Berlusconi and chaired by his daughter Marina.
Chi Editor in Chief Alfonso Signorini stated the exclusive edition would come with a 26-page reportage with topless pictures from the duchess, including some unregistered shots of her holiday with Prince William, second in line towards the British throne.
